Fellow Secretaries, let's talk summons! Years back, I brought our lodge out of the stone age by going from printed paper summonses to emailed PDFs. I originally chose a brochure-style document because I still had to print some up for physical mailings / in-person meetings and it was easy to accommodate both (printed out copies and PDF). Now, we're down to only one person who gets the summons by snail mail, so I want to change things up again by making it easier on me and to modernize things. I don't know what software to use to do this, but what I'd like to do is to have a template that I design myself (for the never-changing parts of the summons) with updatable fields where I can quickly and easily tweak it once a month. So: load it up, edit what I need to edit, save/send. Any software suggestions for me?
Instead of taking the time to create a Brochure from scratch for every new Project, simply save a Template (or a few different ones! ). Then, when you start a new Project, you can select your Template of choice with just a few clicks and customize as necessary. Prefer a video walkthrough? We got you. Check it out here.
